It is also important for us to work with the environment so we often take on projects that are energy aware and use renewable resources.

Some of our completed builds include:

65 Mountview Crescent that created 100,000 square feet of office space in Manchester that was recently tenanted by an electronics firm who wanted a large space to expand into. The glass fronted building used rainwater in its toilet facilities and this appealed to the new company who wanted to highlight green issues.
Reedman Retail Park in West Yorkshire, which is home to a number of popular retail stores and combines a bowling alley and cinema under a glass roof. Supported with a steel infrastructure the main mall building shines at night.
Letterman Housing complex in Manchester, which provides modern homes that add sparkle to the city landscape and work with the scenery to create an exciting view.
