Driving to success

We have hurtled at a speedy pace towards massive successes in recent years. That has been down to sheer will power, determination and the will to strive for better each day. However, we have had some help along the way from a team development advisor who gave us tips and advice on motivating a healthy workforce. We learnt that incentives are great way of helping our staff to work to the best of their abilities - one effective method we used was offering car leasing options to our employees who hit targets on time. We gave them an extra day off from work later in the year and provided them with a vehicle to use for the day that came complete with a full tank of petrol. Workers with families benefited greatly from the trial scheme and enjoyed a cost-free day off. We are now planning a new programme of incentives that we can use as a vehicle to drive the company morale forward and boost our employees' drive to be the best they can be.
